We are delighted to offer the St Johns Care Plan.

We believe that the best way of making treatment affordable, without compromising our high quality of care, is to offer you membership which provides the following benefits:

There are two types of memberships to the practice:

• St John’s Care Plan: 2 dental examinations and two hygiene appointments per year.
• St John’s Hygienist Plan: 2 dental examinations and four hygiene appointments per year.

Dental examinations provide:

• Clinical examination.
• Screening for oral cancer.
• Gum disease assessment.
• X-rays where needed.

The hygiene appointments provide:

• Scale and polish.
• Periodontal advice.
• Preventive techniques to reduce decay and gum disease.

Other benefits to your membership:

• Production of study models when required at no additional fee.
• 20% discount off all fillings.
• 20% discount off all laboratory work such as crowns and bridges.
• 20% discount off all other dental work such as extractions.
• 20% discount of any further advanced hygiene treatments.
• 10% discount off oral hygiene sundries.

How do I become a member?
Please contact the practice to discuss the scheme and an appointment will be arranged for you to see a dentist. An agreement will then be completed. This will require your signature and your bank account details for the direct debit. Direct debits are collected from your bank account on the 8th of every month. Patients enrolling before the 27th of each month will benefit from cover from the 8th of the following month.
